While the Ford Mustang GT outpaces the baseline Mustang, there are other variants that can outrun it. Ford Mustangs are fast, but the Mustang Mach 1 package delivers racing performance on the road. Its enhanced V8 engine produces 470-hp, 20 more than the GT, and it shares its chassis with the high-performance Shelby Mustangs.

Ford claims that the quick Mach-E GT trim’s top speed is 124 miles per hour. It can go from 0-60 miles per hour in an amazing 3.5 seconds. The GT trim has an incredible acceleration rate. It makes an astonishing 480 horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque. Not too shabby for a small SUV model.
